"Hi Marcel, Yes, the trip started off a little shaky{snow storm in New York} but the outcome was awesome! We had such a great time! Your hotel selections{Arenal Paraiso, Fonda Vela & Arenas Del Mar} were great, cute rustic cabins that were ideal for the location. We had no problem finding the voucher folks at the airport, thanks for handling. We lost half a day in Arenal but we made it up the next day. Our hotel selection in Manuel Antonio was great but very inactive. It's a very luxurious place, so you really don't get the feel of costa rica. It's good for those wanting to be right on the beach but away from it all. Overall, everything went really well. Thanks for all your help coordinating."

"It was really nice.. I'm still recovering from all those drinks (lol)... The hotel {Bahia Principe Coba in Riviera Maya, Mexico} was enormous and very nice..... All the staff was nice too... We went on trips and had a good time... We upgraded to a Premier section of Coba, reserved for Apple guests... But we got lost a few times trying to get there from the main dining hall as the place is so big."

"All was good, the place {Grand Palladium COL/KAN in Riviera Maya, Mexico} is beautiful and the food was great. We had some bad weather but we just relaxed those days. We hired a babysitter for a few hours each afternoon so that was good too. Next year, we want to go to a place with a kids club like Beaches or Club Med. Thanks again for all your help."

Just wanted to let you know we had a great time in Riu Negril. The place is very nice. I have been to Negril before but this was {my husband's}first time. Rick's Cafe has been remodeled since the hurricane and it's really nice. It has a very sexy atmosphere now with the pool and all. The food was good and we relaxed a lot due to the weather. It was sunny in the morning and in the afternoon it rained. We had a good time anyway."

"Just wanted to let you know we had a great time on the trip. The cruise to the Bahamas was really nice but,we really enjoyed our stay in Orlando. The hotel{Holiday Inn International Drive}was such a great location for everything. Wet n Wild is right up the street and all the places you could think of to eat are right there. Universal was only 10 minutes away. I just wanted to say thank you. You always come through for me."

Hi Marcel, The trip was fantastic! Thank you for recommending the resort{Grand Palladium Bavaro in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic}. It's beautiful and huge to say the least. The eight of us had a ball. It was extemely hot and sunny. The day we left it poured-which was perfect because we were leaving. Get ready for next year. We are planning our trip already. LOL!!"

My trip was great. Thank you so much for everything. I actually wanted to stay an extra day but I knew the airline would have probably cost too much to change so we just came back last night but it was absolutely great. I plan on taking another vacation in the upcoming monts. I am looking into a cruise or just a trip to the Caribbean someplace so I will definitely keep you informed.
